Information you provide directly through forms, correspondence, or onboarding — together with limited technical information necessary to operate this site securely (session and access logs). We do not engage in third-party advertising tracking.

To respond to inquiries, evaluate prospective engagements, administer existing partnerships, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Information is accessible only to the firm personnel for whom access is operationally necessary.
How we protect information
Confidential information is stored on encrypted infrastructure, accessed under role-based controls, and retained only as long as our legal and contractual obligations require. Access to the Partner Vault is gated by two-factor authentication.
Information we do not share
We do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise disclose investor or prospect information to third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers (audit, custodial, technology) are bound by confidentiality consistent with this notice.
